How Long Does It Take To Get A Trust?

Many people only obtain a simple “buy/sell agreement” between themselves as evidence of ownership. This is not a safe method of guaranteeing ownership.

LEI Mexico works with Federal and State notaries in our closings in order to make sure that the buyer always obtains a Trust. This is the safest way to buy real estate, and the only way to guarantee that you have valid proof that you own the property you paid for.

The time required to obtain your Trust varies on a case by case basis. It can take anywhere from two weeks to over 60 days, but is well worth the wait.
