Who is involved in Mexican
Real Estate transactions?
Mexico has yet to regulate real estate transactions,
for that reason the buyer must retain professionals
to assist in the transaction. In general transactions
require:
• A real estate company
• The buyer's lawyer
• A public notary
In addition, transactions for real estate within the
“restricted zone” require a bank as well
since it is necessary to establish a real estate trust
in those areas.
