"Carlos was born in Mexico, and has been living in San Diego for a number of years. He received his degree in Economics from San Diego State University in 2003. Carlos connected with Bill Lyons four years ago as a loan officer and has been on the rise ever since. He is now the Vice President of LEI Mexico and Pinnacle Realty.
